Almost all pathologies treated with the pbserum product line include a component of fibrosis with atrophy or hypertrophy due to alteration of collagen structure (substrate of collagenases G/H) and accumulated adipose tissue (substrate of lipase), while lyase reduces local edema and ECM viscosity, facilitating the diffusion of the remaining enzymes.
